With the clocks changing and some sunnier days, we are welcoming in Springtime at Summerdyne.
Many of our residents enjoy gardening. We have been planting up pots with spring flowers for the garden. Georgina, one of our green fingered residents was thoroughly absorbed with this.
We have made bird feeders to encourage the garden birds back into our garden for Springtime. Leslie made a fantastic feeder with an apple and seeds. Everyone is now taking a keen interest to see how many birds it attracts.
We also had a lovely afternoon of watercolour painting pictures of birds. Joyce painted a beautiful swallow. We look forward to spotting a few of those in the months ahead, to herald the start of summer.
