Christmas baking: Sugar plums and candy canes
The smell of cinnamon was wafting from our kitchen in the week leading to Christmas as our residents enjoyed some Christmas baking!
A thoroughly enjoyable time was spent mixing, kneading, rolling and cutting to create some beautiful festive cakes.
They were polished off as quickly as they were made, so we may have to have another session. Perhaps we should create Astley Hall in gingerbread next time!!
