The Melting Pot pottery studio visited Summerdyne and helped the residents with pottery painting. It was a very therapeutic crafting afternoon. Residents chose plates or mugs to paint and could use stencils that were provided or paint freehand.
The Melting Pot they took the pottery to be fired in their kiln. This really made the colours vibrant and the plates look fabulous on our dresser. It topped off an action packed week of crafting.
