What is Ladder to the Moon?
Ladder to the Moon is new to Abberton. It is an organisation through Dementia Partnerships which helps develop vibrant care services.

Every month we receive a box filled with lots of goodies that gives staff, residents and visitors a conversation starter.
The aim of this box is to broaden our activities spectrum, we are aiming for outstanding interpersonal interactions, as well as group interactions, which we think this allows us to do.
This months theme is “Rebellion”. We have heard some great stories from everyone, some of which were very amusing ! We made Rebellion inspired T-shirts with logos. One resident, Geoff, had a T-shirt made for him by his lovely friends Maybe you would have guessed it by the photos, but Geoff loves puzzles.
We also have a married couple, who used to farm. Janet said “What about putting “Save the crows” on the T-shirt as everyone hates them?” We showed the finished T-shirt to her husband who said “Why would she want to save them? They eat all of our corn!”. This made us all giggle!
