The internet has really enabled our residents to share their memories of places and moments in their lifes. It gives access to a wealth of historical information. It also means they can listen to a huge range of music and keep in touch with friends and family by email.
We often use a combination of U Tube downloads and more tangible items, such as old news papers and objects, as a way to bring the past back to life.
Bill was recently reminiscing to us about the Worcester he knew when he was younger. From the porcelain manufacturing, to the pubs and cricket ground. He showed us lots of the sights and it was lovely to hear his memories.
