Astley Hall welcomed back by popular demand The Poppy Sisters. Residents, their families and staff had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon of dancing and singing.
The Poppy Sisters are from Worcester and bring a bit of 1940’s glamour into our home. They have wonderful melodies and sing all the classics from the war time and other decades. There is guaranteed toe tapping, often dancing and always a sing-along. Residents feel transported back to music hall dances and its a time of nostalgia which is loved by all our residents.
