Ken and John took part in an Exercise Class at The Lawns today. They had a a good stretch and a good laugh!
This is one of the regular fitness sessions arranged for residents. Seated chair Exercise Classes are a great way for residents to maintain flexibility and strength. They also promote circulation and digestion. Not to mention the happy endorphins that are released through exercise. The giggles we have lift everyones moods!
Residents are also able to exercise independently using mini-bicycles.
