Grand opening for our dining room refurbishment
It was wonderful to all celebrate Christmas at The Lawns in our newly refurbished dining room. Our chef Anita cooked a delicious turkey lunch with all the trimmings and made a huge Christmas cake for the residents. Ruth Morgan, our oldest resident, was delighted to have the role of ribbon cutter. On Christmas morning we had a grand opening!
Christmas is a time for family and we were very busy over the festive period. We welcomed not only Father Christmas, but lots of our residents families and friends. It is lovely to see everyone spending time together. When Ruth’s family visited there were four generations!
