A spook-tacular Halloween at Astley (haunted) Hall!!
It was a Halloween transformation at Astley, taking 2 days to transform Astley Hall into a spooky haunted houss. There were cobwebs, skeletons, witches and pumpkins a-plenty. In fact, we had so many pumpkins that afterwards we took them to our local farm Lickhall Farm for the pigs to eat!
A monstrous time!
Everyone at Astley joined in with the fun. All the staff and a number of residents dressed up for the occasion. We played lots of games, carved pumpkins and coated giant marshmallows with chocolate. Our chefs even created a ghoul-icious menu; a wicked feast that everyone devoured!
