Maintenance Officer
Location: A care home within the Heritage Manor Group: Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Essex locations.
Hourly Rate: Minimum £10.30 but increasing dependent on qualifications and experience.
Hours: Full or Part time hours are available, mostly Monday – Fridays with some occasional weekend work
Duties: You will be a professional and friendly person who can maintain the building, décor, grounds and equipment of the Nursing home. You will have a range of DIY skills to carry out high quality repairs of fixtures, fittings and equipment. However you will bring in professionals as required. You will complete a range of checks within the home to ensure health and safety processes around the building are in place and maintained.
