Food & Beverage Host/Hostess at The Lawns

You would be a valued team member, working for a locally respected care provider with a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care. Our residents’ health, dignity and happiness are at the heart of everything we do. Our residents do not live in our workplace, we work in their home.

The Role: Days, working to a rota. This will include working alternate weekends.

Duties:

• You will support residents during breakfast and morning refreshments, promoting independence, dignity and choice.
• You will prepare and maintain the dining area, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and a positive mealtime experience.
• You will assist with light food preparation, serve drinks and snacks, and ensure all kitchen areas and equipment meet high hygiene standards.
• You will work closely with care and kitchen teams to replenish supplies, update catering records, and support person-centred dining choices.
• You will engage with residents and visitors, building relationships and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere within the home.

Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or a care setting is beneficial but not essential.
