You will be key to the smooth running of the home working with the Manager, clinical teams and hospitality teams. Welcoming visitors to the home, you will get to know residents and families

The Role

Role: Care Home Administrator

Duties
  • You will be part of the Home Leadership Team and liaise closely with the Manager and Deputy.
  • Use the staff rota system to manage rotas and time-sheets
  • Run the staff recruitment process
  • Conduct ‘Show-arounds’ of the home.
  • Facilitate resident admission into the home and keep accurate resident financial records
  • Ensure invoices and checked and paid
  • Be part of ‘enabling residents to live their best lives’
  • Liaise with all departments to support efficiency and quality auditing

Experience
  • Prior experience working in an administrative position within a care home is beneficial
  • Experience within a customer facing role
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
