Our Head Office team oversee the operations of all the care homes and villages in the Heritage Manor Group. We believe we are ideally located, being adjacent to The Lawns, to understand what it takes to best run a care home operation.
From management to operations, human resources to training, accounts to payroll, we ensure that the homes are running well. Therefore, our care teams focus in each home, can be entirely on their caring roles and our residents happiness.
