At Heritage Manor we specialise in independent living and we've found the best way to achieve this is with one of our luxury retirement apartments or cottages.
They allow you to continue living in your own home, with your own front door and parking space. You prepare your own meals and live life as normal in the knowledge help is always on hand should you need it. A handy man will maintain the exterior of your property and is always available to help you change a light bulb or hang a picture. Ground staff will maintain the gardens but we're always pleased for some help if you're an enthusiastic gardener and you fancy getting your hands dirty!
Our one and two bed apartments all enjoy the following characteristics:
- Spacious design with living room, kitchen and master bedroom some having en- suite bathroom.
- Professional care on your doorstep personal assistance or care is available should you require it at any stage.
- The option to buy or rent your property. If you wish you can move in on a trial rental basis before deciding if you want to buy or continue renting.
- Maintenance staff will maintain the exterior of your property and communal areas.
- A handyman will help you with anything form hanging a picture to changing a light bulb.
- A wide range of activities, clubs and trips are organised in the village which you can chose to get involved with should you wish.
