Moving into one of our luxury apartments ensures that you maintain your independence, and allows you to continue living in your own home with your own front door. It is intended for people who are able to prepare their own meals, do their own housekeeping and generally carry on life as normal.
Unlike sites operating with a warden, where assistance is only provided in an emergency, living in our apartments will also provide you with the assurance of knowing that, if and when required, help with all manner of tasks can be provided 24 hours a day.
Our one and two bed apartments share these common characteristics:
- All are spacious with each providing a living room, kitchen, and master bedroom, often with en suite bathroom.
- Properties are available to rent or to buy. If you wish, you can move in on a trial rented basis before deciding whether to purchase.
- You may require some personal assistance or care now or in the future, and you can relax knowing that professional care is available on your doorstep.
- We will maintain the exterior of your apartment and the common areas to a high standard, so you need not worry about general maintenance. If you wish, we can also help you with any handyman requirements inside.
- You may take part in any activities, clubs or trips being organised in the village (if applicable) or you can live separate from the community.
