Our Ethos
Heritage Manor Limited is a private company, whose ethos is very simple. We want to be proud of what we do, and we will not compromise on the care that we provide. We want to enable our residents to live life to their maximum potential and on their own terms, confident that help is a call away if required.
We also believe that, where possible, we should be providing a place that can be called a home, and not seen as institution. In developing our care villages, we are looking to create an environment that is fundamentally safe and secure, but which promotes the individuality and independence of our residents. We wish to safeguard the links into the general community, and are always keen to involve family and friends.
We believe that by talking to our residents, their families, our staff and our inspectors this ethos will be self-evident through respectful care.
